Will I receive the same food that I see in the picture?

Yes! Our food is prepared fresh and presented just like you see in our photos. Minor differences may occur due to seasonal ingredients or custom add-ons, but we always serve exactly what we promise — hot, fresh, and full of flavor.

Where can I view my receipt?

Receipts are provided instantly after your dine-in or takeaway order. For online reservations or pre-orders, we’ll send your receipt to your WhatsApp or email upon request.

How can I report an issue with my order?

If something isn’t right, please let us know immediately during your visit or call us at our customer number. We’ll resolve the issue with a replacement or appropriate adjustment — your satisfaction is our priority.

Will you bring back items marked as “not available?

Yes! Some menu items may be temporarily unavailable due to ingredient supply or high demand. We update our menu regularly and bring favorites back often — feel free to ask our staff about upcoming restocks.

Can I order food for delivery?
