1. Food Orders

All food sales are final once picked up, delivered, or served. Please notify us immediately if there’s a problem with your order.

2. Refunds

Refunds may be issued for:

  • Wrong orders
  • Non-delivered prepaid items
  • Issues with catering or agreed service quality
Refund requests must be submitted within 24 hours of the issue.

3. Catering & Events

Deposits for catering are refundable if canceled at least 48 hours in advance. Partial refunds may be available for cancellations under 24 hours based on preparation costs.
